Soft-Shell Crab

Enjoyed around the world, with demand growing alongside the proliferation of Asian and fusion cuisines, soft-shell crabs are younger crabs that have undergone moulting. They are flash frozen to maintain flavor and freshness before shipping to customers from the US to the EU. 


Hard-Shell Crab

A staple of East Asian cuisine, hard-shell crabs are larger crabs (500g to 1kg), with demand largely coming from South East Asia and North Asia. Most famously they are the key ingredient to Singapore's national dish, Chili Crab. They are shipped live via air freight.
